Gluten Free Stew

Good day for stew
  • 1 pkg. Five-Way Beef Mix, thawed
  • 2-8oz cans tomato sauce
  • 1-17 oz can whole-kernel corn, undrained
  • 2 cups sliced fresh mushrooms or 1-8oz can mushroom pieces, drained
  • 1 tbl worcestershire sauce
  • 1 bay leaf

Combine Five-Way Beef Mix and the rest of the ingredients. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Cover and simmer over low heat 20 minutes. Remove bay leaf. Ladle into bowls and serve with some biscuits or bread. Makes 6-8 servings.
