Brenda,
Thank you for your post. I enjoy hearing how others were diagnosed and how they are overcoming their battles living GF. I have a Blog with only 2 post, the bottom post is my story (if you're interested) www.help4livinggf.blogspot.com . I would like to tell you about an all purpose GF flour you can use for all your old favorite recipes (the ones which you made in your gluten days). You can use it just like regular flour. We love this flour and have excellent results. Our Celiac support group is amazed at how well it works. It is called Better Batter. The website is www.BetterBatter.org Hope this helps you out.

Be Blessed,
Nancy~~~~ www.SistersThreeGlutenFree.com
